One of the most indicative features of any great civilization is the artistic contributions made by its most talented artisans.  By promoting works inspired by Islam and created by its most prominent Muslim Artists, the IAE hopes to promote the universal message of Islam ...and just as it takes a village to raise a child, it will take a team of dedicated "art lovers" to nurture, unify, and help raise the voice of the global Muslim community.

Responsible for ensuring that the technical portion of the event program functions properly and produces high quality promotional footage for future events.

Responsible for creating an art program for children that allows children to create, present, and auction off their own art at a mini Islamic Art Expo.

{Finance}

Responsible for basic accounting duties and in the development of team budgets that ensure qualitative and quantitative growth for future events.

{Food Coordinator}

Responsible for choosing food menus and coordinating dining location and/or delivery times for adult and childcare program attendees that promote healthy and enjoyable dining experiences.

{Hospitality}

Responsible for directing guests and strangers in a warm, friendly, and generous manner to registration, childcare, exhibit, wudu, prayer, dining, and hotel check-in designated areas.

{Marketing}

Responsible for creation and execution of a marketing strategy that includes branding, advertising, promoting, and public relations in  various publications ranging from social media to traditional printed campaigns that result in continuously sold out events.

{Prayer}

Responsible for the design, location, and set up requirements to announce and perform adthan, wudu, and prayer for Muslim guests and designated areas for Non-Muslim spectators.

Responsible for directing and coordinating artists, exhibits, decorators, presenters, guest speakers, and stage managers, and ensuring that the overall event runs smoothly and adheres to pre-determined program guidelines. all of which will be centered around creating interesting programing that will be recorded and publicized for future events.

Responsible for maintaining registration system prior to event and for checking in volunteers, sponsors, artists, and attendees throughout the event in a easy and efficient manner.

{Security}

Responsible for maintaining safety and the resolution of problems that may arise during the event and ensuring that only registered staff, volunteers, sponsors, artists, and guests are able to enter designated venue areas.
